did anyone facing the sleeve crack or break to 2 pieces(up and down),in my club had happened few cases.

Yes it can happen. Especially if they overheat or don't have enough castor oil in the fuel.

Hi Alex, every weekend I'm at the track I can see why something like this can happen. Many people take their cars straight to the cleaning air compressor after a run or didn't allow enough time for the engine to cool down before blowing cold air at it.
The 9 port liner from the 35+ tend to more fragile as it is thinner than say a Keep-On liner. Rapid cooling from 100+ degrees several times over will eventually result in metal fatigue and cause it to break at it's weakest points, across the port edges.
