My main sucked because of poor drivers ettiquette on the stand but no matter what I do when I hit the asphalt at 301 I feel more comfortable than when at home.
The MTX4 is a very versatile car with a lot of aspects to it that must be tried and tested to see the results, I dont think you should dismiss it so quick. As far as someone stating about the MTX3 being better it is not by far, I must admit that I won the A main at the 1/8 Reginals in NERCAR the first time out with the MTX3 and was sold on MUGEN ever since. The 4 has so many adjustments that can accomadate so many skill levels. I have to be honest and say my racing game suffered this weekend and I still managed to have so much fun at the PRO SERIES that it didnt even matter...

Sunday I went to Floyd to run and once again the MTX4 impressed me. Again the car is still bone stock, but I will be trying out the yellow clutch shoe and different brake pads. That's all I'd have to say I'd want to use on the car for now...aside from the alum hex hubs. Anything else would be more of a lust item. The OS engine ran strong and combined with the skyline pipe made awesome power to have me run with the 8ths. I definately hope to run the car with more competition now that the guys have returned from Maryland. Despite the fact that I own a Mugen, the Team Magic box has my eye as it's well worth the price and has a ton of room. All my stuff would be more organized and in one bag. Gonna call the shop n have em put one on hold when more comes in. Now, time to clean off my ride and get it set for another weekend run.

Until the new arms were released I was actually using the older MTX3 now hard to find front uprights. Since I had so many parts for the 3 I had quite a bit in stock but I have now recently picked up the new uprights and they are tough as hell.
This Sunday at 301 a driver blocked my view and I ran head on dead smack into the wall and not damage done to the upright at all. I will inspect it more but no damage to the upright that was noticeable, but the damage to the servo took me out of the 2nd spot in my main.......

hey guys, i recently bought a jr ds8455 servo for my mtx4's steering and there was a little contimplation at the shop as to wether it would be good enough in terms of strength. it has 6.5kg/cm of torque, is this enough
how much torque is neccesary when running a high end car??????
