Some of the guys experienced difficulty tunig the engines back on our normal fuel. The engines were very erratic at low RPM, and taking a long time to settle at idle, ie as if they were running too lean but they weren't.
The only fix seemed to be a complete rebuild, now they seem to be running fine. The engines are Sirio EVO3's.

To be honest i dont think that the runner time was the problem. I have been chasing a problem where my engine wont return back to idle. And i believe it is an airleak.

i'm using the KAWA 3mm now, may be test the 4mm next week.

I have one of the earlier MTX-4 kits. My stock chassis doesn't feel stiffer than the Kawa 3mm. In fact, I could've sworn that when Mugen first put up the CAD drawings online, it said the chassis was 6061 alum. But now it says 7075, which is way better. Makes me wonder if they switched material in production. If I get into a pretty bad accident, that's when my 2nd gear starts to strip (flex). I had a new Kawa 3mm but gave it off to my buddy who needed it more than I did. His stock chassis had like a 6-8mm bow. Even he felt that it was way stiffer than the stock. Who knows, maybe you have the latest version.

Check your fuel lines also, and your exhaust. I had the same problem, and i found out I was losing fuel through my fuel line!! Check your echause gasket as well!!!

Where did you purchase it from?? And I meant to say exhaust in the previous thread!!

Done all that. New fuel line, new tank, added a pressure chamber, tried 2 different exhausts. Just about to give up. Last thing i am can try now is to seal the back plate. I have basicly rebuilt the entire engine the only things i havent replaced are the cooling head, crank case and crank everything else and i mean everything o'rings you name it have all been done.

Yes, ur right, see my post #6262 stock chassis was a little bit wide in centre.
