Not sure if this has been suggested yet or not but you can also run the front of the car at something like 196mm and the rear at 199 or 200. This will give more steering.

jamrock- What Jeff Whiting posted is a great thing to get more steering. That is what I run on my car when I am looking for steering. Run a thicker diff oil in the rear, 50k is good. Are you using a one way in the front?

if i'm not wrong.. front track width wider than the rear one that can give you more steering..n if the rear wider than front there will be less stering..

better not used different shore of the tyre first.. better tuning the car first .. use different shore of tyre for the final setting.. if you didn't find the best setting to get more steering
