If you just want to know what it is, just go to 3hobby.net and in the downloads section, look under the BRCA Nationals section and get the "Round 2, Mendip 200mm Lower Mains" video. I've placed some slow-mo shots of cars traction rolling.

Cheers.

Serpent 710 and Mugen MTX3 are the most frequent traction roller compare to G4 and V1 RRR. During Jakarta Futaba Open 2005, only serpent and mugen drivers had flip problems in the same corners.....

The cure ? use harder compound tires like 40 shore ........ you lose some grip though.

From the tease pic of the CAD drawing, it appears to be not much different from the current model. The fuel tank appears to be moved more towards the center of the chassis and is designed a bit different than that of the MTX-3. The upper deck is definately of a different design (probably due to the tank being moved towards the centerline). I am curious to see what the rear end looks like.

what i see from this CAD drawing is that MTX-4 might have easy removable diff, adjustable belt tension, adjustable front roll center by spacer of some kind, use 2/3A Rx battery (not the AAA) the servo position has not much change but the whole front end just look so much like advance version of the 710, which mean easy to work with
