youu have a leak

if your car is stock than thats way to lean.. try between 1 and 1/4 and 1 and 1/2

i used to run my car that lean and i ended up stuffing my flywheel bearing and that left oil everywhere because it leaked so check that out.
does the car stall alot and is it really hard to start?

Thanks

Shane, who told you to set the high end needle at 1 turn?
as a general rule I say start at 2-2 1/2 turns and work your way in, thats heaps rich but what has happened to your car is exactly why! Also check that you havent had a fuel line fall off or tear.

Ok, I have set the needle at around 1 and 1/4. This has made it much easier to start. I have found where the fuel seems to be comming from and it looks like it is where the heatsink joins onto the engine. I am about to take the heat sink off and have a look.
How much oil shoild my muffler be spitting out also do i need to set the low speed needle or is that factory set???

if that doesnt elimate the problem than u need a new flywheel bearing

i had the exact same problem, i ran it way to lean and the bearing behind the flywheel shat itself so i had to get a new one and it worked great, there not to expensive
around 15 dollars.

THE 11TH COMMANDMENT

YOU CAN NOT FIT A STANDARD FLYWHEEL TO A NOVAROSSI AS IT WILL NOT MESH CORRECTLY AT THE PINION/SPUR.

nitro nut, be more concerned about getting around the track than hitting the wall at the end of the straight!
