No idea!
Dude i got no idea... I want a RR but then if i ever race which i hope to start soon it means i start in pro, also i dont really want to buy a second hand car, i want new.
Im going to continue trying to fix my car. But i will start saving and i think i could get 650 for my car in the trading post considering there is one going for 750 and another for 1250.
What should i do !

Thats what peeps are asking for cars, It doesnt mean they will get it! Some guys get lucky and get a newbie that knows bugger all and they pay bullshit prices for stuff!. As for $1200 youve seen my v-one-s, there is nothing more I can really do to it, at best I might get $600-700 for it in the normal market place. It owes me over $1300 without radio gear. So I aint gonna sell
Idea, Why not upgrade the engine in yours and higher gear it, thats cheaper than a 2speed and run pro-stock with foams!
Just an idea!

You will need a new flywheel (fd49 Kyosho)$23.95 Frontline.
yes the clutch bell will work but you will be looking for higher gearing. You can also upgrade the clutch later. You will need new engine mounts (tamiya $12.95 or $24.95) and linkages for slide carb if you go that way.
hope that helps

Yeah you would need a higher gear ratio, the ratio that is in it is to low for a good engine, alls it will do is wheel spin if you give it a heap, and then it will peak rev so quickly.
Or you could go for a 2-speed

but what are the part numbers for the engine mounts?

Lost 2 Speed Screw - Help!
Guys,
I really messed up this time. I was wondering what happened to my 2 speed and realized that the grub screw & the accompanying spring is lost!
I have plenty of grub screws around, but no spring. Any adivce from anyone what I shoud do?
The LHS says that I need to get a new 2 speed set, but that is just BS - not worth to spend the S$70 just because of a lousy spring. Is there a better alternative around?
I tried to find a small spring in my house - but to no avail...

you will need the fd49 flywheel. I dont remember the part # for the Tamiya mounts but most others wont line up with the cutouts in the chassis.
Horse
Part # vzw-oo6-1(around $10.00 us)
it contains spring, grubscrew, ball and metal holder (ps buy some loctite this time dude).

Squizz,
Thanks for the information.
Question on your set-up kit. With the rear floating mount, how do you ever get the triangles to fix in the back tyre spokes?
Its hard to do toe in/out adjustments unless I remove the mount. How do you do it?
