How about this simple braking theory.... some tracks ya need to use em and others ya can not touch em unless ya have to stop for pitting... simple for example Moorebank, i havnt been there but it looks very flowing, then look at bomo, berk and port kembla, ya will definantly need to use brakes.

And also what some people call brakes on one car may roll the same as a different car that someone says they do use the brakes.

Well I never said all the good guys dont use brakes, just the fastest guy at our track does. And I prefer that driveing style. gives u one less thing to concentrate on and u take a nice line around the corner

Each person has thier own style tho I guess

Default Braking

the brakes allow u to go as quick as u can until the split second b4 a corner, and then u jump on the brakes and dive in, with maximum traction on the front wheels.
Try a front one-way!

But hey, both times i've raced
Are you for real, youve only raced twice, i didnt know that

i luv my brakes, they pull me out of a slide really well, i can b crossed everywhere, jump on them and the back end is ripped straight back into line, helps when way off course mid corner.
Horsepower also has the same effect!

Ive seen those quick fuelers before, I think theyre aimed at the rc plane market more than anything else, Takes ages to fill with a small spout fuel bottle and I reckon they look like an airleak waiting to happen.

As for thr gpm gears, GPM have been around for ages and do some good stuff, Ask dave to post a photo.

Dumb question I know but youve got me baffled
Heres a photo of the alignment on mine. Is there much play in the main shaft? Or could the shaft possibly be bent. Or could your 1st gear one-way be locking up?

Squizzy,
Could you please show me a pic of your linkages with the Carbon Top Plate, because I'm having a little trouble clearing the RR Rear Mount. The brake linkage does clear it, only just.... but I'd like to see yours so I can see what I SHOULD be doing.
