Bundy is right on. Go to the local track and see what they run. Mugen, Xray, Serpent are all good quality race kits. If you want to race , buy a good kit. (buy cheap, buy twice).The car doesn't win races, the driver does.

Thanks... For anyone starting out practice practice n practice. Don't be afraid to ask people at your club questions and try things to see if you like any setup changes. But mostly is try one thing at a time and keep notes so you can refer back too it.

Agree +1. Just took out my 2009 Serpent 733 and it is great and I can get the same part for it from 747 .
