Default Tire slash hardend foam inserts question.

I just bought a full set of x- patt pro comp bellted tires w/ the yellow hard foam inserts (HPI) . question is do i need to use rubber cement to clue the inserts to the tire and or rim besides using the usual super glue to the bead?

indeed.

You don't need to glue the inserts. They should fit pretty snugly inside the tire anyways.

Just glue the bead to the rim
