Just wanted to say thanks to the entire Toledo crew. Ted, Brian and all involved did a great job. The new asphalt was insane and races seemed to have a great time as always. It was nice to see my Mid-West friends and hope to see everyone again at the Nationals. Great program, it ran super smooth and we got everything in with great weather.

Thanks again,

Sure - I gave all the photos (and a lot more) to Lou on a memory stick. He will be giving the memory stick to Ted at the next club race. Feel free to copy, or paste, or print, or post, or whatever you like.

Lou, very impressive drive in the Main. Good Tires, Good engine and Yellow body. The Yellow body - does make the car look even faster and handle better.

Congratulations on #75

Once Brian gets the set of photos, I assume they'll be posted on the club website from which people can copy them. They've all been re-sized for the web.

Default Raye Field

I meant to post this photo earlier. It's of a small get-together early Sunday morning, by the Canadian flag, to remember and think about Raye Field, who was such an active and supportive member of the One Eighth Racers.

You're welcome! :-)

Hey, write the long version anyway - Phil would probably enjoy it. I've already heard back from his family about the video. I'm glad I did it - wish I had filmed even more. Next time, I'll know better.

I never wrote about it yet, but mixed in with all the photos in the album, was one of the heats board (all hand written, of course). Lou Przybyla's name was there, right near the top, and so was his son's name! I made a close-up copy of it - I should try to post that here some day, as it has lots of names on it, most of which I've never heard of before.
