All Japan National 2012 JMRCA 1/8 on road championship

You are most welcome people.
It is a bit hard and time consuming to find any info about the races in the far East but I think it's worth the effort.
It seems that 1/8 onroad is a class that is loosing popularity in many countries around the world for varius reasons. I doubt in Japan the interest has increased but at least it has not decreased and with the upcoming IFMAR Worlds in 2013 being held in Japan I hope it will pick up a bit more interest.
Next weekend redrc.net will be covering a big european race for both 1/8 onroad and 1/10 ic touring, so you may want to keep an eye on that as well.
Robert Pietsch and other top drivers will take part.

Great work John! Thanks for compiling all this info together.
For those who plan to race at the 2013 1/8th Worlds, you might want to study these videos. This is the track you will be racing at.
I raced there briefly, before we got rained out in 2008 but the infield layout has changed slightly. It's a great track!

It seems in Japan anyway, the car is still somewhat popular but outside Japan is a different story, as distributors are no longer carrying the product.
Whether they release a new car or not is anybody’s guess.
