slow or NO respone from Virtual RC Sales Dept.
Anyone has communicate with the sales dept. from Virtual RC?, I've send them 2 e-mail requesting the EMS tracking number but I didnot received any respone. What's happen to them? Don't they know rapid respone is the KEY factor for any internet base business?
I've order the adaptor on 04 feb and was shipped on 06 Feb according to their system. But I'm still waiting for it.
Anyone has similar problem with them?

Alan, I'm assuming you're residing in Malaysia. I got my adaptor and it took about a week but they sent it through to World Model in HK. I guess that's how they do it for the rest of us residing in this part of the world...
That's probably why Virtual RC (based in Holland) cannot give you an update. To complicate matters, the unit could probably not have despathed yet or just only despatched. Just my guess since the Lunar New Year just passed and most if not all business in HK are closed during that period...

I got mine from world model too. It took about 6 days from HK to Sweden.

We are just talking about this in the FW-05R forum, it seems everything coming from HK is just not moving and no responses form them in the last couple weeks.
