lol is it not fast enough already? Mine is pretty fast and its all stock. Any faster the car would be hard to control. I can barely see my car when I run it at the mall because it'd way too far to see by the time I blink. I use 25% to make it faster. Also good grip tires. I sometimes run it without the body and it is faster. What body do you have?

So where do you want to be fast ? is it just in a straight line or faster through corners or do you want to be able to drive faster ??

Im having issues with my GT2 VE electric. I know this is the nitro thread but my questions applies to both.

My issue is that when I run the car with the body, the front scrapes the ground when doing full throttle -as if the body lacks aerodynamics. The body flexes alot at high-speed. Im to a point where I run mainly without the body because of this problem. I rolled the car today because I ran over a blue marker on the road and the car flipped which caused my body posts to break. Any suggestions or comments as to why my body is acting the way it is? Anyone else have this problem? Im running a ceptor body. thanks

just raise up the front a few mm till it doesn't scrap the ground, it's the downforce of the body, that's what it's supposed to do at speed

Go get a quality .21 motor that revs to 40k or more like the NOVA ISON GT or PICCO 5 port GT ...most cars in the GT class top out at 55-60 mph on the pro circuit so what is "FAST" for you exactly ?

Get a receiver batt pack and run in the engine. Charge the glow plug igniter well before running in. Then, get better tires like sweep or grp if you plan to run on a track. A starter box is a big plus.

Kyosho part numbers for GT2:

front - IFW45
rear - IFW160

You can get both of these pretty cheap on ebay ($15-16 or so each).
