I just staryed using the CVs from the MP777 which are 90.7mm instead of the 89.2mm that everyone ran before. They fit perfect with no chance of it popping off..... unless I really try with a curb lol.

Cup appears t be in good shape, there is a minor amount of wear but not bad enough to pop out. I have OFNA steel rotors and some kind of soft pads, brakes are really good now that i have the aluminum trans mount.

So i assume both of those shafts look the same? are they marked?

Also just a guess but have you check for a cracked arm or loose arm or hinge pin brace? Just a thought. Try grabbing on the hub and pulling back on it. Towards the rear of the car??
