seeing the bad lateral movement that center diff mounts and servo plate were doing when I use the brakes and the fact thats change gear mesh adjustment and affect the brake efficiency ...i have develop a simple reinforcement brace to stop this using kyosho brace parts ....
the positive points are a better brake action/power/adjustment , and a perfect and consistent gear mesh ..... small , simple and efficient ... reduces lateral movimente to almost ZERO

lets see ....

I'm enjoying a chuckle from this one.......the Kyosho GT/GT2 is sold as an "entry level" car. You need to define your intended 'target'......racing....bashing.....don't know/care got money to play with.

There are motors that will end up shredding tires/doing nothing to help you do better 'on the track' but giving you the 'WOW' factor until you put it away or sell it because it served no specific performance goal.

The selection is almost endless for the GT power niche. Most people I race with have 'gravitated' to the 5 or 7port Nova Rossi. ($200-250) This is the choice for most of the racers I've run with. If you need 'total insane speed', I won't inject any stupidity here..........I've cured myself of that by trying to keep the car 'tractable and track worthy'. You can bump to the 9port Nova and if you can learn to compete and win with the 'big boy' features of that monster, feel free to keep us posted of your success.

GT cars are fun but you'll need to look over someone's shoulder to 'take notes'......don't forget tires to keep the thing on track. A 'killer motor' with those stock Kyosho tires is just horrible.........

Picco, LRP, Sirio, etc, etc. have very popular acceptance. I just see many more smiley faces with Nova lately on the GT scene. You can't replace the Sirio S24T I have from the 'red' PRO version of the Kyosho car for less than $200 but the little Nova 5t pulls past me on the straight.

The Nova 5 port you cant beat for the $$$ but I must say the GT1 shorter chassis is better for track duty if that is your direction...I just installed an RB .21 R11 Rally in my GT1 !! and I have both GT1 and GT2 btw...

the hubs works great on the theory... lot off tire stay on the ground on the total steering in a good angle .... proportionally when the weel is turning ..... caster angle is the chassis kickup only ....
I left the camber at 0 degrees and studied the movements of the wheels when turned ... I really liked it ... reactions will change dramatically

not tested on the track because I did not get a good service on the holes of the hubcarriers and have to redo from scratch ......

the bubs and bushs fit perfect , but i did small errors and it changed the front width ... i make a mistake with these first pieces, i wrote down everything I have to modify .... the next ones will be good for racing ok ...

hubs can be used fliped L/R to a better steering linkage position or in a normal position

i will sand you some photos ok ....

igt is coming to you and it was a gooooood notice !!!

Default best motor for kyosho inferno gt2 race spec

I just bought the brand new inferno gt2 race spec nitro.. what is the best motor I can put in the car .... im looking to make it a good track car. I am going to buy the aluminum arms and the dragon chassis for it . im buying the alluminum arms cause I will have to weigh down the car when I put the more powerful motor in it plus I will be upgraded the servos to digital high tourque servos.

No to both. They have been discontinued, so unless you can find someone willing to part with one you are out of luck.

Great looking forward to getting some better options for this car as I don't want to give up on it just yet.
