Default Engine Seized?

So i just bought a second hand GS Vision RTR, ive had one of these and they are awesome...

Its in mint cond. Basicly brand new....

I took it home and ran about 3 tanks of fuel through it on the richest possible setting just incase the previous owner didnt run it in correctly before i lean it off and start racing it.

After running these 3 tanks through, i cut the engine, and the pull start was stuck SOLID. it wouldnt move at all.

I first pulled the pull start off to see if it was jammed. But couldnt turn the shaft at all. Eventually i got it to turn over again and it is alot more free now however it still catches at the TOP. If i turn it over using the fly wheel with no glow plug in, theres still a catch at the top on the rotation.

also, it in consistant. Sometimes it catches sometimes it doesnt. The car was running fine before so im just woundering if this is something serious or not.

I havnt stripped the engine yet, throught maybe it was just something to with the richness of the mix, maybe if i leaned it off it would be fine, Its at the richest possible setting for running in!

Thanks for the help!!

Sounds like you better take a look inside. Better inspect the bearings. If it was always tight at the top then it still has good pinch. If its in different places or sometimes tight and sometimes not it may be a bearing.
