get a lager diameter header tube or a lager dia. tuned pipe your local machine shop should be albe to help you out

I did...... infact I drilled extra hole through the stinger. It's louder now, but I want louder like F1 I want to impress my rc buddies u know ?

if its a 1/10th scale with a .12, change the pipe to an 1/8th scale, or you could just take the .12 off and put on a .21 with no pipe at all, that should be loud enough to split your ears

Thanks for the replies guys , my car is mugen mtx3 prospec.

I take off the carb restrictor today, the car was accelerating faster. The exhaust sound was slightly louder too. I'm using novarossi turbo 6mm and jpl t3 turbo 6mm ( looks and size are quite identical, but jpl pipe is louder than novarossi ).

when you guys suggest to run without pipe, do you mean only use the header ( manifold ) ?? How do I get fuel pressure from ?

Cut off the stinger. You'll get more speed off your power plant, and a noisier one too. Oh yea, not forgetting a shorter engine life, too...

I already cut the stinger too, its 8mm length.

Let me guess ?? shorter engine life because of higher rpm (i.e. higher wear rate). It's no problem as long as the engine is screaming very loud and fast too.

Is this C-VEC pipe ?
