How to do hole with chamfer underneath chassis for 3mm screw.

Hey people what type of chamfer bit do I need to do a hole underneath my 1/10 chassis using a 3mm flat head screw.

Also how do you suggest the process to be done.

Thanks

Speed6.......

I've had to do that with a 1/8th" drill bit (3.13 mm) for the hole and then CAREFULLY....SLOWLY create the chamfer recess with a 1/4" bit....testing the depth with the bolt head before it ended up as a BIG hole.

I'd say find an old chassis or something to practice on to get the feel of getting just enough depth to 'flush' the head to the chassis. I've heard there are better tools to get the proper chamfer angle....but 'I ain't got one' and this is working for me.
You just have to sneak up on this one!
