RC Neebie Needs HELP!

I bought a used HPI RS4 Evo that has been sitting for a while and the radio turns on but the car does not respond when hit the gas lever or turn the steering wheel. Also any ideas on how to get it running I tried fresh gas and new glow plug but nothing. Any help would be great. Sorry but I need a certain number of posts to add pictures.

Getting it running..make sure the plug is good, the igniter is charged...once you've bumped it a time or two it should prime, if the carb is seriously out of whack dial in the high and low ends all the way, then back them out about three turns a piece and that should get it running.
About the radio...if it's the digital setup, it may not be bonded, and if it's analog, the crystals may not be seated fully. Best bet there is find a local hobby shop and get some on the spot guidance....best of luck.
