Default loosening head bolts

As a fitter and turner by trade, Get some heat into the block/case and see if you can tap the head of the bolt, thirdly use the correct fitting tool if its a flat blade or a 2.5mm. By a general rule you strip threads by over tightening not loosening.
hope this helps

Use a heat gun and get the head nice and warm. They will come out alot easier that way...

..........heating the head will do nothing....you want the case warm which will lessen the grip on the head bolts...the aluminum case should expand more than the steel bolts..
