the RTR doesn't and i don't think the Factory Team kit is manufactured anymore for the NTC3.

it isnt but ive found a couple of ntc3 kits online but i think im gonna go with the kyosho and get the bang for the buck i reckon

Yeppers...I just got a sweet low hours GT2 for a couple of old savage hulks. I'm still trying to decide if I want to just go ahead and sell it, I've got couple guys who want it real bad, or just keep it and play around with the 8th buggy platform again for a while, only this time without all the dirt.

I've still got some good Novarossi 7 port long stroke engines laying around that would make for a fun afternoon of slamin around a big empty parking lot.

But yeah, break out of the 10th scale rut and at least try one of the 8th cars. Only problem is you will most likely wind up using your 10th stuff as doorstops once you grab a handful of a hot rod 8th scale.
