Cobra GTs dominate Homestead FORGASS race. Top 9 spots, TQ, fast lap…

BTW Podium cars all powered by Nova ROMA

I watched the video of the Forgrass race. Nice comeback by Mrs. Desoto's boy.

Is anyone using the cobra 2.0 conversion kit that moves the shocks behind the rear arms on their GT? Curious if this is a worthwhile upgrade to get.

I can't say that I've seen anyone running the 2.0 rear end on a GT. I have the buggy and considered trying it but never got any further than considering. Upgrade wise there are a few really nice ones I will list below.

In the order I would get them done. The alum front end changes not only the amount your car can turn but also changes the way it feels. With the set of upgrades below you can get very sharp turning when needed and smoother rotation of the front end. I like the brakes but others may use something else. There are a few other pieces I like to have if you are curious.

Oh boy, new motors on the way for 2014. The new Novarossi ISON and the new Novarossi Flash Rally PT/A for Spooky and I. Very excited to see what 2014 brings for the GT crowd and Serpent.

Big thanks to Serpent America for all the support during the 2013 season and congrats to the team for all their success. The Utah Serpent crew is ready to don the orange and go to battle! See you guys in LA soon.

I bought a Serpent GT in early 2013 and real life got in the way, never even had a chance to assemble it. I'm going to do that in the next month or so to prepare for spring/summer racing and wondered:

Have newer versions of any of the parts in the kit come out since early 2013?
