What clutch shoe spring set ups guys running? I'm running 2 aluminum with hard springs and 2 poly with med springs. Seems to lack snap thinking about going hard springs on the poly shoes then maybe trying 4 aluminum with hard springs. Thanks

Clutch setup greatly depends on the amount of traction. High traction you can go up in stiffness. My normal setup is 2 carbon with Med and 2 Alu with X hard or Hard depending on traction. I would suggest checking out the Buku clutch as you can very easily tune it in to track conditions.

Clutches and amazing motors here!

You missed a good one, you need to mark your calendar for next year. San Antonio, Austin and houston plan on getting the cup next year away from BV

Does someone knows if there would be a problem putting in am S811 center diff on the GT?

We run in a small track, no 2nd gear needed.

I used 45s EXP slicks with ROK rims(white insert) in the front and 40s EXP slicks with ROK rims (white insert) in the rear during qualifiers. For the 30 minute A-main I used 45s EXP slicks all around. At the end of the main, the tire wear was very consistent. Air temp was about 85 degrees and track temp was about 115 degrees prior to the start of the main. If the main is 1 hour then I would recommend 50s EXP in the front and 45s in the rear.......

Only video of the race I could get my hands on

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JE4fQSiRUho

Thanks for the info Andy FLyin Hawaiian
I do agree sweeps are very good on a prepped track and easy on wear and do prefer using them
I used alpha this race and almost wore out a new set in the quals because of the hotter track

There is a fuel filter inside the tank, that one should be more than adequate. As far as filters from the exhaust I personally don't run them but I have seen some people with them. I tried those inline fuel filters and they ultimately just give you one more area for a potential air leak making tuning lots of fun. Fresh tubing and the already installed filter should be solid. Look inside the tank you'll see the filter I am talking about I think its called a clunk filter.

Yes I seen that one, it moves around inside the tank for when those boards jump out and smacks our cars and flips us.
