Lighter diffs a bit smoother. But need to use heavier oil

The highest traction I've ever run on was at Chaplin. I ran 2 and 4 gears. This was with the 733

Basically a lighter diff less rotational mass and a smoother feel.

It is personal preference at the moment i am running the following with good success

Front
200,000 cst Xceed oil - 4 gears
Rear
80,000 cst Xceed oil - 2 gears

i would run 2 gears in the front but i can not find oil with a CST rating of 400,000 or 500,000!!!
If anyone has any recommendations for the heavier oil please let us know.

Cheers MT will have to get me some how did the xray 500,000 compare to the xceed i have used the xray 300,000 and it felt like xceed 100,000.

How do you think they compare to the xcced oils?

Your right, I got Xray and Xceed oils, Xray does feel lighter. The Hudy Oil is super thick, I had to scoop it out with a teaspoon Havent compared the lighter Hudy oils against Xceed.

Kyosho 500k is much heavier than xceed 200k.
But i think you need 1.5 million weight if you want to get 2gears to feel like your diff did yesterday lol

I run 200K(xceed) front (4 gears) and 50k(mugen) rear (4 gears). When you go to 2 gears your diff fluid options become slim. Not to many choices above 200K.

Pass you soon...
