fyi, here is a video of my neon yellow 747. engine was at 102 degrees, a little rich. please finish the video, you will hear the 2speed engage later after the engine heats up.

comments on the set up, driving, and clutch please. i set my clutch a little loose because i dont want too much drastic clutch engaging, its hard to make the car settle at a very tight clutch for my driving style.

tires 37fr 37 rear, exceed, nova flash 102degrees on the m12 tempguage in the end of the run. orange springs front and rear. i moved forward the upper front arms, this change seemed to give me more onpower steering, instead of waiting for the car to turn then add more throttle. i liked it!!
here's the dogfight video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4MvA_...ature=youtu.be

to make us serpent drivers feel better, i smoked the other car in the end hehe

I feel that the second gear has a bit late engagement point.
1/4 unscrew, maybe more.

The yellow slips a smidge more than the red. I prefer the yellow with the steel bell. It has the widest sweet spot. The red is a little softer than the yellow.

Is so; If both clips are in the rear position this would be 0

I'm about to head out with my new 747 for a race weekend, which spare parts or option parts should I stock up on? What's breaking out there? Ideas... thoughts...

Front end arms, Uppers and lowers. .

I find the 733/747 arms to be the weak link in the front end. Broken a few with some very little taps... Other then that acouple extra spurs.. That's about it.. Solid car otherwise.

New 747 options??

Low shocktower to be able to mount the RCM Super-Short shocks # 160124 and this lower center of gravity. Continue to use your current springs, so special short ones needed.
