It took me 30 playing days, 5 of them are races, before my center belt lost a tooth.the regular one.

I just switched to the low friction just now. Point is, the regular ones are very durable.havent raced completely with the low friction ones yet.will let u know.

if you set your belts correctly (not too tight or loose) and clean your pulleys regularly your low friction belts would last months.

My last set i took off over the weekend had been on the car since April!
We race 2 times a month i missed 2-3 races, when we race we do practice 3 qual and 30min final. plus some testing and engine running in as well (i only changed them because i thought they have to be getting close to there EOL.)

Some guys like the peace of mind with the standard belts although i have never gone back once i started running the low friction.

I do mill the chassis at the front so the belt doesn't rub i also take a little off the rear hinge pin mount so the rear doesn't rub.

Grab the low friction IMO.

I never tried running the long springs with the shock extension. That should work. I milled my chassis in the same places. I run all low friction belts. My last set been on the car since June.About 5 races.

Pass you soon...

Hi, anyone know if a 733 or even 720 receiver box will fit the 747, i rather add a few grams then risk having my receiver damaged.

Default clutch weights left hole or right hole??

Fellas quick question, if u put the clutch weights with the left hole on the flywheel pins is that a more aggressive clutch??

Yes, The left hole is considered leading weights(more aggressive). The right hole is considered trailing weights (less aggressive).

now I'm confused, and don't understand why I gave that answer.

But still, the left hole on the pin, is trailing, (motor rotates counter clockwise) so the right hole on the pin gives leading flyweights.....

Cheat & lil-bump have it correct With the engine spinning counter clockwise the end of the weight should be coming out as so it would lets say catch on something.
Lets say if you put your finger near the weight while it was spinning the end of the weight would hit your finger
If it's trailing and spinning counter clockwise the side of the weight would just brush past your finger if you get my drift. Sorry I don't have a pic to show.

M7H you're confusing yourself & everyone else
