Default Futaba and Sanwa servos

Hi

I have a Futaba 3PK with HRS and want to use the 9451 servo and a Sanwa ERG-VX. The Sanwa servo looks like its loosing its position when i move the steering too quick.

Does anybody know if this is a known problem?

Cheers

Ziggy 12345, put your transmitter in ppm mode (standard FM) and see if it does the same thing. I believe if you run your 3PK in HRS mode w/o a digital servo that will happen. Hope that helps.

BTW, switch modes in menu 3, under "system". pg 16 in the manual.

Your HRS receiver will still work in FM mode, give it a try.

non digital servos have a slower frame rate & can literally get fried when used with an HRS reciever

if you wanted to stick with Futaba i've had good service from the S9451 but there's been news of a new updated S9351 which has more torque & an alloy casing

i'm trying to find a definitive answer to this at the mo but THIS says they aint
(assuming of course that the VX is a VGB with an alloy casing?)

hopefully somebody can link us to a page direct from the manufacturer
