There's not much to pick from... Name all the on-road engines possible... Then compare them to buggy engines.

I use Novarossi engines because of their durability and how easy to tune them. Not to mention the overall quality of Novarossi engines. What can I say, they are the best!!!!

@buckwild7132

Have you been racing 1/8th on-road before? National level? Have you been consistently in the top-ten there?

If your answer to all the above questions is "yes", then think about a top of the line or even modified engine. But in this case you would probably know which engines are the most desirable...

If you had limited or even no exposure to 1/8th on-road before, get a Novarossi Kangaroo and you will have enough steam to smoke all but the most talented drivers. Use the money you saved on the engine on tires and fuel...

Just my $ 0.02
