Default 1/8 GT/Rally class tyres

Hi,

I know that those cars are mostly run with rubber tyres. Still interested if they can be run with foam-tyres like the real nitro onroad cars do?? Have anybody tried?? Are these tyres even sold anywhere?? Opinions??
