DM1 Spec C diff
 

The dog bones are spinning, but no power to the wheels. However this is intermittent...sometimes the car moves, sometimes it does not.

Clutch bell is spinning so clutch is engaging.
Cdiff is spinning and replaced the one way, just in case.

I confirmed that the fr and rr diffs are engaging.
All set screws are present, etc.

I would sure appreciate some suggestions on what to do/fix. Thank you in advance.

Your center transmisin shaft appears to be spining free. You have to teardown the transmision ans adjust the setscrew that holds the shaft in place. Put a little treadlock on in so it won't happen again.
