Default Two speed

hi all
i have just built my h-k1 and just getting the set up right but im having troubles with the two speed it doesnt seem to be kicking it im tried equal adjustments, but doesnt seem to be working..
any advice thanks

you might have you two speed clutch springs to tight...loosen them a little

Good starting point, Adjustment screw HK922 on 2sp shoes. Tighten both down till snug. Then turn the CCW 2 complete turns. Start from there. 1/4 turn on each screw till it shifts at rpm. You can paint each screw a different color so you know which screw you adjusted and equally.

Thanks a lot my two speed is working. the colour screws have helped. Now I'm just finding the best point for it to kick in
