BYRONS RACE

I thought I would get a thread started on the Byron Race.The race dates are june 25thand 26th at leisure hours raceway.This race is always a great time and racers from all over the country attend.Info on the track and hotels can be found on the raceways website.There is plenty of air conditioned pit space and hobby shop on site.If you need more info call the hobby shop 815-439-1477or the track 815-722-1330.Hope to see you there

Planning on beign there to race my 733 and Kyoshos gt/gt2. Hope I can do good and dont run into mayor problems ; )

Looks like Ralph Burch, Mike Swauger, Paul Lemiuex and myself will be making it this year. When I know 100% on all of them I will post, but its about 90% sure we are coming.

Me clifton and kid sid99 should be there for this one also if we can get our nitro's around the track by then . Lol it will seam weard for us not racing any electric up there.

At least two are coming from Albuquerque, is the hotel on the website the closest to the track? If I use the address for the track in mapquest or google maps is it accurate for calculating distance from airport/hotel/etc or does it go to a completely wrong address. I just ask because I read somewhere that the mapquest is not correct for directions.
