I didn't come to Jundiai today, but until Tuesday the tires have not arrived....
Serpent, particularly Michael Salven seems to always have bad luck in World events!

In one WC (1:8th) he had an accident twice with the same Japanese Mugen driver and had to stop due to car damage.

In the last 1:8 WC all their KHM engines were stolen.

Now in the 1:10th WC their tyres are being held back!

I thought IFMAR and the host country's RC body is supposed to help facilitate teams bring in their stuff.

Fantini looks fast. Don't expect to see any other Serpents since they are running Picco engines.

M Green would have been in the 33 laps league if his fuel tank passed the test. It was a tad too big even after 3 tests.

Salven's 710, same corner, same result...traction roll. I think he really need those 42 shore foams ASAP.

I saw Salven running today, and he doesn't seem to lack on power. I watched him racing head-to-head with Josh Cyrul on round 4 for a couple of laps, and Salven would even pull up a little on the straight, but Cyrul catched him in the infield. It seemed that Salven had to slow down too much to make the tighter corners without traction-rolling, while Cyrul's V-One RRR seemed more planted.

He mentioned that 42 shores were required to run nicely. Tires getting stuck at customs does not help.

Most of the factory guys from Serpent like to run heavier damping/springs. I wonder if that is the case with other fast car (different brand) out there.. any change to compare? thx

Actually I think all the top 10 guys look fast.

What's interesting is that someone on SGrid said that Michael's car with the Mega engine is as fast as Josh Cyrul's and even catching him up. The problem is Michael seems to have to slow down as he struggles still with traction rolling!
