Need Opinions on Tuning My NTC3! opinions on my clutch/suspenion set up needed

Sup everyone

Need some opinions on tuning my NTC3.

I mainly do parkng lot racing with friends so need some opinions for that.

I am having some lil problems with the back tending to swing out.
Dunno if it's my finger being itchy at times or just my set up?
The car has a hard time with traction on black tops but has good grip on textured lots

Here is a run down on my set up.
please let me know what i should improve on to make her handle better as far as shock oil and spring choice ball diff settings or whatever u pro's rec.

QUESTION ABOUT CLUTCH SPRING set up:
As far as the clutch goes i have upgraded to th 3 shoe set up and i bought the Associated stiffer clutch springs for it but i was going through my manual and saw in there that they only rec. using the stiffer clutch springs for low powered motors and the stock ones for high power motors.
Is my MUGEN motor considered low power or high power?
I know this motor is pretty damn fast (1.15-HP) so im assuming it's high power?
But back to the clutch springs.....should i chnge them back to the stock ones or just keep the stiffer ones in there?

Sorry for the very long post everyone but im just trying to find out help to improve my car.
Let me know if left any other information out.

THANX!
