Make sure you adjust the preload screws as well. They are the ones in the middle of the 2speed shoes. Screw them in untill the 2nd gear just touches the shoes then back them off 1/8th turn
Cheers

How do I know that I need to tighten/loosen the adjuster screws.

What's this???
Rough translation from Japanese Web site:
It's Kyosho's aluminum front spool for the RRR / RRR Evo / S III. Part #VZW220
Anybody know what other parts you need to actually use this thing??

spektrum and our nitro cars
hey guys
i just wanted to know if i need anything extra when installing the spektrum to my v-one rrr ? wat is this small capacitor that ive seen on some nitro cars.. is this needed ?
also does anyone have pics of how they have wired this? seams to be logical to also re route the wire so it comes out the side of the receiver box
