are you running the stock v one rr up rights ? if so you need to run 2deg off set rims to clear the up rights, if you are running the v one rrr ones you will need to get the vzw007 and run zero off set rims, or the stock wc ones(not sure on the part # and two deg off set rims.
another thing you can do and it is alot cheapr, get the 3r racing alum hex adapters in the 2 deg off set, with thses you ca run the stock axiles with the old style hubs and zero off set rims.

well, i have 3racing rear universals. 2mm offset i believe.

i noticed theres was a spacer on each dogbone. so i placed the spacer in between the outter bearing and the pin/wheel hex. Is this not a good idea?

or can i use this as a permanent fix.

If it works go for it. you might want to go back and surf the old v one rr thread and see what was done before.

Did anyone come up with a method to take the pinion gears off the light weight clutchbell without bending it? I know it was an issue before.

Ok Kyosho guru's I need a question answered. PN VZ115-23 is a first gear pinion for the RR and FW05. Will it fit Second gear on the RRR bell which I believe is has the same diameter threads on second as the RR and FW05 had on first.

Yes, because I ordered one for the RRR. You can also see it here - page 11:

*and I have the part in hand. VZW066-23 (for RRR&FW05)

I'm sorry. I mis-interpreted your Q. It is a 1st gear for the RRR too.

Did you change the part number question? I could have sworn you put VZW066-23. I still answered the question wrong though.

yes I did change the number the only difference between them is one is steel and the other is alumunium. I was told those gears would fit second on the RRR clutch bell even though they say first. Is the hole in them small like a regular 16 type pinion for the RRR or is it big like second?

could you measure the inside of the hole and tell me what it is?? On the one you have

VZ115-23 or the steel version is the 2nd pinon gear for RRR. This same gear is used on the FW-05R/RR as the 1st pinon gear.
