The gear on the mainshaft will wear out too so the above part no. will solve that problem. Add, also, a fuel tank. the following hardened gears are also a must have

In my opinion, you will suffer from the stock gearing. The track i ran on has got longer sprints than the track you posted, and I have to gear it to 61/15, 56/21. If it's me, I would go for 60/15, 55/20 for your kinda track.

performula - You guys race Nitro cars on this track? Wow! Have you run the car on this track before? How is your throttle control? How many guys are on the track at one time? What do your times look like? (i.e. list each lap time if you have it) What times are the top qualifiers getting? What type of cars are the other guys running?
I think we could provide you with a better recommendation if you could provide some of this information. In addition, it would be good if you had one or two more clutch bells with the different gears on them, so you don't have to fuss with switching gears. Just be sure you mark what's on each clutch bell.
If you have good throttle control, then the 15T may get you faster around the track, but if you don't stick with the 16T until you do.
