Hi John, check back a couple of pages or simply click here if you're too lazy to do so, I posted a table of spring rates comparisons.

Try these:
HPI Grey g340/lb 19.0 27mm part#6852
HPI Blue g320/lb 17.9 27mm part#6851
HPI Yellow g302/lb 16.9 27mm part#6850

They're slightly longer but will work.

There is a track or two, in Maryland, also. I'll see if, I can get those for you. Outdoor / nitro racing normally begins in April for us.

If you can get them, the yellow springs from a CD3 are very close......I`ve tried a few of the LHS`s here but none stock them

Hi guys, are there any aftermarket outdrives and universals recommended for better durability over the Kyosho ones? And also, anyone tried the Kawahara shocktowers (is it 4mm?), and the adjustable rear blade antiroll bar? Any comments on it if possible? Thanks!

I used the Kawahara rear blade swaybar, I really liked it. I also had trouble wearing out the outdrives like crazy, especially in the rear. This caused my car to develope a bounce when the groove gets too deep. I did find the Kyosho CVD's to be of the highest quality, they did not wear fast at all. Maybe because the outdrives were so soft, they wear instead of the CVD's. I used the Skyline 4mm shock tower, and never broke one.

I am now going to start tuning the chassis settings. I will let you guys know if I run into any problems.

Nice i might have to get some of those for my car, my whole car is stock except for 3 racing brake disc, 4mm rear shock tower and a updated clutch bell
Still though it is such a good car even straight out of box but those k-factory parts make it look alot better

let us know how the car performs. really curious to know whether the rear shock tower will alter the stiffness of the rear end.

Sure, will do!

It may take a few days or so before I can give some good feedback as I have to first break in the engine.
