Talking new engine and pipe?

i am looking to buy a new engine soon.any reccomendations?i would also want to buy a new exhaust.what is recommended combination if i want to race and what if i just want to kick some a**?

Depends on the amount of money you have to spend.

Any of the Nova engines will perform very well (Top TSR, Rex ReR or the Nova and/or Mugen)

For exhaust, if you have the bucks, get the Mugen. If you want to save some money, try the RD Logics

i will spend as much as possible for an engine that is high quality,fast and reliable.i think my LHS does not supply mugen pipes and how can a mugen pipe fits my ntc3?

It wont:

The AE dual chamber pipe is a good pipe for the NTC3

That is a very good engine. Not Roar legal, but I don't know if you are racing and what rules your track might have.
