Increasing the Range of Radio
 
Hi,is there a quick fix on increasing the distance of Radio control on one of theses cars.Picked one up on E-Bay,and doesn`t seem to have much range .It has a am trans&receiver.

Short answer NO. You probably have cheap radio gear. You would only get a better signal from better radio gear.

AM is prone to a lot of interference, hence the problem. The new stuff, FHSS, is the way to go ... IMHO.

Loses Control
 
Hi,its a NTC3,with a OS Max ,lots of upgrades,except for the electronics.It came witha Futaba Magnum Jr,and futaba receiver.
