Just give that a try, the CORRECT collet on NTC3 with ANY SG crank engine (or standard I believed)...is the SHORT GOLD one..
That is the one that came with the kit...
Before you use other collet or the black one that came with the engine, you should use this SHORT GOLDEN one first...
p.s....a note for yourself, all the collet (the back one) that came with the engine are NOT suppose to use it on the car, it is something that came with the engine for no reason at all, the right(correct) collet should MATCH the FLYWHEEL that you are using....it is not universal. For examepl, use short golden colet from the NTC3 kit to match your NTC3 non pull or pull flywheel...
The tapered shape inside the flywheel will match your collet.
