I have made over 30+ orders with them in the past, never any problems. Made another order 8 days ago, order is still "pending", I have sent multiple emails to them, no response to any of them.

are they closed, is it public holidays in HK?

One of my orders when missing, paypal verified I'd payed. I emailed them the paypal deposit and they manually created the order.

And yes they too were on holidays so things were backed up. Check your order status in Accounts and send them a message in the message centre

I ordered from them before they are pretty slow with everything, but be patient. I think it took almost a month before I got my products ...

Wow thats surprising to hear, I have been ordering from Mushies for about 4 years (20 orders per year) and have not had one problem, usually i receive my orders within 7 days (express), maybe its the time of year.
