water cooled
one of the reasons that boats run 60% nitro is to build heat, water cooling won't let the motor to build any heat and they don't run well. some of the new boat engines are going with fins and no water. now if you were going to see who could go the slowest for an hour it mite help

If you get better fuel consumption that would be a great advantage.
