Very difficult to say
What engine, how much fuel through it, what pipe, header?
Does it come with servos, if so what type, plus is there a receiver?
MTX3 cars are getting a little on the old side now, so everyone is going to be asking thses same questions

I'm on this path, too. I've gotten rid of all the older cars in my stable except my MTX-3. I'm looking at a Z01-T truggy right now and the money I make off of this will fund my future truggy.

With a good engine (with good compression), pipe/header, and with a good amount of parts, and maybe a decent starter box, you might be able to get $200 to $250 for it; and that is a stretch. If it is just a rolling chassis or doesn't come with any extras, you are looking at $125 or less, if you are lucky. The car is still a good car (especially for club track racing) but is very dated.
