If you payed by PayPal look on your online account it will show you the contact info there. Also if you payed for an order you should have got an Email confirmation, maybe reply to the email.

Hope this helps
Yeh i did log into the site but no contact info. I've looked into my paypal account and found an email. I have send them an email asking what's up with my tires!

Thanks for the tips

Default Tire removal

Hey, How are you guys removing the tires from the wheels after they wear out? I'm thinking about boiling them on the stove.

When the water starts to boil then drop in the tires/rims (make sure the tires are completely submerged in the boiling water. It takes about 40 minutes to 1hr. After boiling then just run the tires under cold water and the rubber should come off with slight pulling force.

Acetone in a closed Tupperware bowel. Let it sit and they will peel right off.

Thanks Guys,

After the wife went to sleep, I cooked them in her pot for about an hour and the tires came right off.

I am glad it worked for you. Just make sure to clean the pot well before she uses it to cook your favorite meal next time .

Questions?? Inserts gluing ?

Mounting new set and wondering : Since the old blue center strips did stick to the rim, does that mean I need to also somehow glue the white inserts ? If so, what glue to use ? Thanks !

No need to glue the white insert on to the rim. First put the white insert into the rubber and make sure the insert is seating well inside the rubber. Then push the rubber(with the white insert inside) onto the rim. It is a tight fit since it is belted rubber. Take your time and you'll get it onto the rim.

I've been running the Sweep body for a bit now. I've made some small adjustments to the wing and like it. Anyone else try these ?
