Default Vintage 1/8 onroad Serpent specs 2000 setup

Hello everyone at the RCTech universe,

Can the good people here help me out setting the Serpent 1/8 on road car Specs 2000 version? The car is in perfect working condition and has no shortage of spare parts. I dont want to make it a display car as I still think that this car is very competitive and bulletproof.

I was told that a Velox V8 clutch unit will work in replacement of Serpent's own Centax. Is this true? I have a spare unit and will like to equip her with the clutch from a Velox. Can anyone tell me if the belts from the new Serpent 966 will fit on this grand daddy of a car? Are the belts from the late 90s able to take the power from today's .21 engines?
The car is basically stock except for some titanium hardware. what will be a good starting point to run this car on a medium sized parking lot with low traction.

In case anyone is wondering, YES I am the same driver for the Velox V8 posted elswhere on this thread.

I believe Mugen MRX belts would fit.
