Try loosening up the pull start screws.

ok heres the deal i just took off the pull start and that works great. not i put it back on the engine and it wasn't puling so i looked where the pull start connects to through the engine and i tried to turn it with my hand and it wont turn so wht can be wrong with the engine what wont let it turn over.

pull out your glow plug and pull it, this will relieve the back pressure. Try and let us know what happens.

sounds like you flooded it with AR oil, take the Glow plug out and hold the car upside down hopefully most of the oil will come out, if not that your piston and sleeve may be stuck let us know
