Mike,
if you can kindly solve my queries, that will be great!
i test run my mrx4 with 3 different brand of tyres, Jaco 35F/R shores and UFRA and CQ.

After mounted onto the rear axle with the quick release.

Jaco, the rear wheel has almost 3mm freeplay, noticeably, can use can to move it sideway from left to right.

UFRA, acceptable slight freeplay

CQ, no side freeplay

However, when i put all these tyres onto my Evolva, the Jaco's(had the problem pairs) freeplay can not be found on it.

Q1. Can you suggest how i can solve this on my mrx4?
Q2. What brand of tyres would be fit or officially certified by mugen for mrx4???

Really appreciate your advice as I just switched from Evova to MRX4.

higher up the wing + increase the rear toe in might help ..

Anyway, you got to check the track's traction too... If not that good, you may need to to loosen the clutch a bit .

Check your drivetrain, I am referring to belts, make sure you are on 4wd instead of RWD.

What is your set up spec?

I check it all, I think it could coming from the front too little down drop, could that be the cause ?

That could be too, if the front end of the chassis grinding the asphalt then your rearend will be thrown around.

I am still in the run in process now, when the motor is in operating temp, it still bind a little bit at the TDC so it still need more fuel!

But bottom end power is stronger then JP R1, that's the only thing I can see so far I will tell you more once it is fully broken in

So far I like this motor, and i hope it has the rpm range as the JP R1 then this is going to be a kick ass motor!
