Default Fuel Tank Expansion - Ambient Temperature

Hey everyone,

maybe someone could tell me if it's normal to have your fuel tank's capacity increase with raising air temperature throughout the day?

And if so, is the only solution to use inserts to ensure it's less than the maximum capacity at the hottest part of the day?

Thanks,

Kronos.

Yes its normal and yes you should use inserts.

Your fuel tanks should be a certain capacity at a cetrain temperature, at least thats the (EFRA)rule here in Europe.
